Abstract

It is the responsibility of the ruler of the Islamic state to stabilize the Islamic state and lead the state according to the Islamic Shari’ah and to take the leadership role when the state is in trouble. After the death of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad the Islamic state suffered from difficulties. False claimants of Prophethood arose, apostates rebelled, many tribes refused to pay Zakat, internal and external threats arose. In these circumstances, Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique R.A taking the leadership. In this research paper the leadership role of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique R.A in the end of temptation in the difficult situation and the stability of the Islamic state after the death of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad has been made a part of the research. It has been concluded from the research that after the death of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad , Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique R.A took practical steps to keep the anxious people steadfast, he ended various dangerous temptations which his intelligence, insights and bravery, and by playing a leadership role, he gave stability to the Islamic state and gave new life to Islam.
