Causes and Consequences of Women Criminality in Islamic Society: A Case Study of Punjab, Pakistan

The current review accentuations exploring the etiology of ladies' relationships in violations and its ramifications on their relations also relatives and children during the sentence. The current exploration proposed to explain that financial and social variables i.e., Islamic culture, low degree of instruction, fewer ramifications of strict family environment, monetarily reliance, and man-centric framework are the hauling factors which are constrained the ladies to commit violations in Pakistan. The close-by research was grounded on the top to bottom discussions led by the specialist herself from females indicted for killers from five significant correctional facilities of Islamic republic Punjab, Pakistan where ten detained ladies were haphazardly chosen for insignificance interviews from individual prisons and generally, 50 women were evaluated during the time of examination. Contextual investigations were laid out on every individual case and results were drawn through topical examination which affirmed that a larger part of the respondents was Muslims and have perpetrated crime because of lack of financial assets, non-attendance of instruction, early marriage, lady of the hour trade, fewer ramifications of Islamic qualities, unlawful connections and unfortunate undertakings with others that created messes in the females out of which dissatisfaction they were carried out such harsh crime.
