In this research article the work of first Sīrah writer among women is presented briefly. Ayesha Al-Bauniya of Syria (865 –922 A.H) is considered as first Sīrah writer of 10th century Hijrah year. Therefore, in this article her two books on Sīrat Al-Nabi (S.A.W) are discussed for analytical study in brief manner. Her writings in prose and poetry both are considered as worth, value and commendable among the writers of prose and poets. The remarkable features of her writings are philosophical and mysticism approaches. Furthermore, she has presented her discussion with the help of Holy Quran & Hadith Sciences. Then she presented some scholars’ views and after that she quoted her opinion in very simple and humble manner. In her books she used many verses, hadith, poetry, terms of Sufism and scholars’ views regarding concerned discussion which made her writings interesting and attractive for new writers as well as for readers.
