Al-Qamar maintains digital publication records through Open Journal Systems (OJS), journal archives, metadata records, and preservation-oriented website backups. Published content is kept accessible through the journal archives.

All articles published in Al-Qamar are open-access articles distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author(s) and source are properly credited.
