Call for Research Papers and Book Reviews for Al-Qamar

The Editorial Board of Al-Qamar invites original research papers and book reviews for its forthcoming issue.

Submissions are welcomed in the Islamic Studies and related disciplines, including Qur’anic Studies, Hadith, Seerah, Islamic law, Islamic thought, Muslim history, Islamic civilization, religious studies, ethics, interfaith studies, and contemporary issues concerning Muslim societies. 

Book reviews are invited on recently published and academically significant works relevant to the journal’s scope. Reviewers are required to include complete bibliographic information of the book, and all submitted reviews will be subject to editorial consideration and approval.

Manuscripts may be submitted in English, Urdu, or Arabic.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process. The journal follows academic standards of originality, research quality, proper citation, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution.

Authors must ensure that their work is original, unpublished, properly referenced, and not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, unethical citation practices, and all other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited.

Manuscripts should be submitted through the official Open Journal Systems platform of Al-Qamar.
