Brig (R) Professor Dr. Waheed-ul-Zaman Tariq is primarily a physician. Due to his God gifted abilities and struggle, he reached to the rank of Brigadier in Pakistan Army. He belongs to an educated family. Hence his devotion to knowledge, literature, Iqbal and Iqbaliyat is included in his leaven. He is a devoted devotee of Iqbal. His name is proudly included in the list of Iqbal’s Scholars at inland and abroad. He is the uncrowned king of eloquence. An era has been convinced by his eloquence. He is a shining star of contemporary literature. His personality is a beautiful combination of sword and pen. His writing on Iqbaliyat has given him lasting fame. He is playing a wonderful and historical role in transmitting the thoughts of Iqbal to the new generation.
