This research article explores the psychological impacts of Sufism on the human mind and behavior. Sufism, a mystical dimension of Islam, emphasizes inner purification, love, tolerance, and spiritual connection with the Divine. The study investigates how Sufi teachings and practices—such as meditation (dhikr), spiritual mentorship (Murshid-murid relationship), and poetry—contribute to mental well-being, emotional balance, and inner peace. Drawing from contemporary psychological theories and qualitative data, the research highlights the potential of Sufi practices in reducing anxiety, depression, and existential stress. The findings suggest that Sufism offers a holistic framework for psychological resilience and personal growth, making it a relevant subject in modern psychological and spiritual discourse. This paper aims to bridge traditional spiritual wisdom with contemporary mental health understanding.
