Precautions required in enforcingthe Blasphemy Law

According to Islamic law, blasphemy is punishable by death, but it is necessary to investigate whether a person who is being accused of blasphemy has really committed blasphemy? The carelessness in our society in this regard leads to many complex religious and social problems. In this context, the present article deals with the precautions required in enforcing the blasphemy law. The study finds that in our society, people often make false or erroneous accusations due to various religious and social differences or ignorance. So, there is a need to make people aware that they should take legal action in this regard, and in any case do not take the law into their own hands. Those who kill someone for blasphemy by taking law in their hands should be punished according to the law.
